Children are fascinated by snakes and have made
this suitcase the most popular in the science group. The hard,
cold reptile facts come first. The children learn that snakes
have no eyelids, 3 sets of teeth, disposable skins and tongues
which are used for smelling. Next come snake poems and a tongue
twister, after which a fantastic array of folk art snakes slither
out of the suitcase.
The program ends with everyone designing, decorating and cutting out a wiggling snake.
